Ingredients

  • 50 g butter, soft
  • 50 g mararine
  • 100 g suar, brown
  • 100 g suar
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ butter-vanilla flavor
  • 150 grams flour
  • 2 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoon coffee powder (espresso), instant
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ baking soda, alternatively baking powder
  • 100 g walnuts, chopped
  • 100 g chocolate (semi-dark), chopped

Instructions

  1. Beat butter and margarine until creamy. Add both types of sugar and mix well. Add egg and vanilla flavor.
  2. Now mix the dry ingredients, add to the butter mixture and mix well. Fold in walnuts and chocolate.
  3. Remove heaped teaspoons from the dough and place each 5 cm apart on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for about 8 to 10 minutes.
