Ingredients
- 500 g minced meat, mixed
- 1 medium onion (s), chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 dash extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoon tomato paste
- 250 ml meat broth
- 200 g sour cream
- 200 g processed cheese
- 500 ml tomato (s), passed
- 2 bell peppers, red and green
- 1 leek
- 2 hot peppers, red
- 2 teaspoons sambal oelek
- 500 g Farfalle
- Salt water

- Season the minced meat with salt and pepper. Heat the olive oil in the saucepan and sauté the minced meat with onions and garlic in the saucepan.
- Stir in tomato paste and sambal oelek, add meat stock and tomato sauce. Add the processed cheese and cream.
- Cut the paprika, peppers and leek into small pieces, add and simmer for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, cook the farfalle in salted water according to the instructions on the packet.
