Fine Poppy Seed Cream with Pear, Banana and Raisin Compote

Ingredients

200 g sour cream
1 tablespoon, heaped blue poppy seeds, ground
3 tablespoon sugar or as you like
100 ml cream, sweet
1 pinch (s) vanilla sugar

For the compote:

Fine Poppy Seed Cream with Pear, Banana and Raisin Compote

Instructions

For the compote, peel and cut the banana into pieces, then drizzle with lime juice. Peel, wash, core and dice the pear if necessary. Cook the banana and pear pieces together with sugar, water and raisins for a short time in the microwave or in a saucepan, about 2 minutes. Everything should still be a bit firm to the bite.
For the cream, whip the sweet cream with vanilla sugar until stiff. Mix the sour cream with the sugar and poppy seeds and fold in the whipped cream.
First put the compote in glasses, then the cream. Serve the dessert fresh.
