Ingredients
- 2 banana (s), (ripe)
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 2 tablespoon rum
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 cup cream
- 1 pack cream stabilizer
- 1 tablespoon vanilla sugar
- Brittle, (as desired)

- Peel the bananas, cut into pieces, add lemon juice, rum and sugar and puree with a hand blender.
- In another bowl, whip the cream with the whipped cream and vanilla sugar.
- Then stir the cream into the mashed bananas with a whisk.
- Pour the mixture into a freezer and let it freeze for approx. 4-5 hours.
- Take out 20 minutes before consumption and carefully stir again with the whisk.
- Fill the frozen cream into dessert bowls, sprinkle with brittle if desired and serve with chocolate sauce.
