Ingredients

  • 80 g mascarpone
  • 40 g yourt
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 1 teaspoon orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 220 g banana (s)
  • some lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Separate the egg. Mix the mascarpone in a bowl with the yogurt, egg yolk, orange juice and honey. Peel the bananas and set aside 6 slices. Drizzle some lemon juice on a flat plate, place the banana slices inside and turn them a few times so they don`t turn brown. Process the remaining pulp with a fork and mix with the mascarpone cream. Beat the egg white into egg whites and fold into the cream.
  2. Arrange the cream in bowls, decorate with the banana slices, garnish if desired and serve.
  3. The banana and mascarpone cream contains approx. 325 Kcal per serving
