Ingredients
- 1 kg strawberries
- 500 g preservin suar, 2: 1
- 1 large lemon (s), or 2 small, juice them
- 1 packet vanilla sugar

- Chop the strawberries and puree. Add lemon juice. Bring everything to a boil in a large saucepan with preserving sugar and vanilla sugar and let it bubble for about 3 minutes. Then pour into the jam jars and close.
