Ingredients
- 1 small onion (s), red
- 4 lime (s)
- 2 small papaya, ripe
- 2 red pepper (s)
- 4 grapefruit (s)
- 6 orange (s)
- 1 stalk / e mint
- 1 tablespoon sugar, brown
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1 teaspoon cardamom
- 100 ml oil
- Cayenne pepper
- salt and pepper

- Cut the onion into fine rings. Clean the peppers and cut into fine strips. Fillet 4 oranges, 4 grapefruits and 2 limes neatly. Halve and core the peeled papayas and cut into bite-sized pieces. Mix everything carefully.
- Wash the mint. Puree the mint leaves with the juice of 2 limes and 2 oranges, sugar, mustard, cardamom and a pinch of cayenne pepper. Always mix in a little oil. Season the dressing with salt and pepper and add to the salad.
