Funky Banana Cake

I want to share with you a recipe for such a yummy. Here’s how to make a funky banana cake. This dessert turns out to be tasty and juicy. I want to eat it myself, not share it with anyone!

Ingredients

  • Eggs – 5 Pieces
  • Granulated sugar – 240 grams (150 grams for dough, 40 grams for cream, 50 grams for glaze)
  • Flour – 180 Grams
  • Banana – 3-4 Pieces
  • Butter – 200 Grams
  • Condensed milk – 0.6 Kilogram
  • Cocoa – 50 Grams
  • Milk – 40 Milliliters
  • Lemon – 1 Piece

Directions

  1. Separate the whites from the yolks, set them aside.
  2. Whisk the whites until fluffy, then add a pinch of salt and continue whisking. Divide the granulated sugar (150 grams) into 2 equal parts (half for the whites, and the other half for the yolks). Pour sugar in a thin stream and beat.
  3. Set the whipped whites aside, stir the yolks with a mixer, and then add granulated sugar in portions and stir.
  4. Gently add half of the whipped whites with a spatula to the yolks, stir in one direction.
  5. Sift the flour in advance and add portions to the egg mass, leave a few spoons, stir each time.
  6. Transfer the dough to the remaining proteins, add flour, stir. Leave the dough for a few minutes, then transfer it to a baking dish and send it to the oven preheated to 180 degrees.
  7. In a bowl, pour a couple of tablespoons of boiled water, dilute it with the juice of one lemon, add 40 grams of sugar, stir and heat to dissolve the grains.
  8. Peel and cut bananas into wedges, cut half into small pieces.
  9. Divide the condensed milk into two bowls, add softened butter to one, mix everything with a fork. Add small banana pieces to it
  10. In a water bath, combine cocoa, sugar and milk, add a small piece of butter and stir everything well.
  11. Remove the finished biscuit from the oven and cool, then cut into 3 equal cakes.Tear one cake with your hands into small pieces, add them to the cream (butter + condensed milk + bananas), then stir and leave for 10 minutes.
  12. Soak the two remaining cakes with lemon juice and grease with condensed milk (300 milliliters). Put the cake on the dish, bananas on it, cover with the second cake, which you grease with chocolate icing. Put a sponge cake on top of the chocolate, which was soaked in cream (leave a small amount for decoration).
  13. Spread the remaining crumb on top and on the sides, then fill it with chocolate icing and leave the cake in the refrigerator for several hours, preferably all night.
