Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup oil, neutral
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 1 bag / s dry yeast
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon, leveled salt
  • 500 g flour, sifted

For the filling:

  • 1 packet feta cheese
  • 1 bunch parsley, smooth

For painting:

  • 1 egg (s)
  • some Milk
  • sesame or
  • Black cumin for sprinkling

Instructions

  1. Mix the sifted flour, dry yeast, baking powder and salt well. Add the milk, oil, yoghurt and the egg and work everything into a smooth dough. The dough should no longer stick, otherwise add flour. Cut off small balls. Place these on the baking sheet and push them apart like small flat cakes.
  2. Crumble the feta cheese and finely chop the parsley. Put this mixture on the flatbreads in small heaps with a teaspoon. Now press the dough together like a standing crescent moon and twist the dough slightly to the right and left.
  3. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C (convection). Beat the egg and milk and brush the pockets with them. Now sprinkle with peeled sesame or black cumin. Bake on the middle rack for about 15 minutes until golden brown.
