Ingredients

  • 1 packet gnocchi
  • some cocktail tomatoes
  • 1 pack sheep`s cheese or feta cheese
  • some basil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 shallot (s)
  • some tomato paste
  • Vegetable broth for seasoning
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Chop the garlic, shallots and tomatoes.
  2. Meanwhile, fry the gnocchi in a little butter (I like them a little crispy). Then add the garlic and shallots and fry. Add tomatoes and season with a little tomato paste, broth, salt and pepper. Mix everything and fold in some finely chopped basil and the diced sheep cheese.
