Ingredients

  • 1 large onion (s)
  • 1 kg tomato (s), small
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 400 g minced meat, lean
  • 1 small chilli pepper (s)
  • 1 bunch basil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 500 g nocchi
  • 100 g feta cheese, liht
  • salt and pepper
  • sugar

Instructions

  1. Fry the mince in the oil in a frying pan, add the diced onions and tomatoes. Halve the cherry tomatoes, dice larger ones.
  2. Season to taste with salt, pepper and a little sugar. Crumble 1 dried, small chilli pepper into small pieces and add and simmer for approx. 15 minutes. Chop the basil and add it as well.
  3. Leave 1 tablespoon butter in another pan and roast the gnocchi in it for about 5 minutes.
  4. Finally, crumble the feta and pour over the tomato mixture. Serve with the gnocchi.
