Ingredients
- 30 g mararine
- 1 onion (s)
- 30 grams flour
- 500 ml water
- 1 small Can / s tomato paste
- salt and pepper
- sugar

- Peel and dice the onion and sweat it in the margarine. Then sprinkle in the flour and deglaze with the water. Bring the whole thing to the boil and then add the tomato paste.
- Bring to the boil again and season with salt, pepper and sugar.
- You can also season with paprika or curry.
- You can serve this sauce with different types of pasta.
