Grilled Chicken Fillet Hamburger

A grilled hamburger tastes much better than a hamburger that is prepared in the usual way in fast food establishments. And instead of cutlets, I suggest using chicken fillets.

Servings: 4

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet (halves) – 4 pcs.
  • Soy sauce – 2/3 cup
  • Apple cider vinegar – 1/4 cup
  • Sugar – 2 tbsp
  • Vegetable oil – 2 teaspoon.
  • Canned green chili pepper (seeded and cut into strips) – 100 g
  • Cheese with pepper (like Monterey Jack) – 4 slices
  • Hamburger buns (cut into two halves) – 4 pcs.

Directions

  1. Beat the chicken fillet with a hammer and place it in a plastic bag. In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, and vegetable oil. Take 1/4 cup of this mass, set aside. Pour the rest of the marinade into a bag with chicken fillet, mix. Put the bag in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  2. Turn on the grill to preheat to medium heat. Remove the chicken fillet from the marinade and place on the grill rack, cook for about 3 minutes, then turn over to the other side, brush with the reserved marinade and cook for about 3 minutes more. Top with chili and cheese slices, cook for 2 minutes. Then carefully remove this structure and put it between the two halves of the bun. Serve immediately.
