Ingredients

  • 1 small onion (s)
  • 400 g mushrooms or other mushrooms (e.. chanterelles)
  • 350 ml water
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable stock
  • 125 g millet
  • lots parmesan, grated (amount to taste)
  • 1 dash heavy cream or sour cream or soy cream

Instructions

  1. Chop the onion and fry with the mushrooms. Deglaze with water and add the vegetable stock. Add the millet.
  2. Let it soak for 15 minutes over low heat. Season with parmesan and whipped cream or sour cream.
