Ingredients

  • 250 g pasta, macaroni, spahetti or thin ribbon pasta
  • 5 slices ham, cooked
  • 150 g spinach, youn (or leaf spinach), frozen
  • 3 tomato (s)
  • 50 ml wine, white, dry
  • 250 ml cream
  • 200 ml milk
  • 0.75 ¾ Cream cheese - corner, (approx. 3-4 teaspoon)
  • 1 clove garlic, Chinese
  • 1 small onion (s), red
  • olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper
  • nutmeg
  • 5 slices cheese, young Gouda cheese

Instructions

  1. Boil the pasta and drain.
  2. Meanwhile, cut the ham and Gouda cheese into small pieces and chop the onion very finely. Core and cut the tomatoes into eighths.
  3. Briefly heat the ham, spinach, tomatoes and onions in a little oil in a pan.
  4. Pour in white wine, bring to the boil. Add spices and garlic. Salt and pepper. Add the cream and milk. Let everything simmer gently for about 3 minutes.
  5. Stir in the processed cheese until it has dissolved. Then add the noodles to the sauce, simmer and stir in the diced Gouda until it pulls threads. Season to taste, turn the heat down and, if necessary, place a 6th slice of cheese (diced) on top of the pasta until it melts.
  6. French white bread tastes delicious with it.
  7. Tips:
  8. If you would like it to be less fat, you can use more milk or Rama Cremefine instead of cream.
  9. You can also leave out the ham, then you have a very tasty, vegetarian dish.
  10. If you can`t get Chinese garlic, just take 2 cloves of commercial garlic.
  11. Do not use creamed spinach! Otherwise use a little less cream.
