Ingredients
- 250 g reen spelled, coarsely round
- 0.5 liter ½ water
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon marjoram
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 onions)
- 1 clove garlic
- 80 g fat
- 100 g breadcrumbs
- 3 egg (s)
- Corn starch, or arrowroot flour

- Pour boiling water over the green spelled grist and let it soak on a low heat for 15 minutes.
- Season with herbs and salt and season to taste. Let cool down. In the meantime, sauté the diced onions and garlic in half the fat until tender. Add to the shot. Stir in breadcrumbs and eggs. - Shape walnut-sized balls and fry fat in the rest.
