Ingredients

  • 750 g quince (s)
  • 50 g almond (s) (flakes)
  • 100 g honey
  • 50 g suar, brown
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon coriander, ground
  • 50 grams sugar
  • 150 g butter
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 150 grams flour

Instructions

  1. Simmer almond flakes, 50g honey, brown sugar and vanilla, cinnamon and coriander powder while stirring over high heat for 1 minute. Put everything in a greased tart or springform pan. Quince, peel, slice the quince into quarters and spread on top.
  2. Heat the oven to 200 C. Beat 50 g honey, sugar and butter until creamy. First stir in eggs, then baking powder and flour. Pour over the quince, bake for 30 minutes
