Ingredients

  • 6 tomato (s)
  • 0.5 ½ cucumber (s)
  • 1 bunch radishes
  • 4 spring onion (s)
  • 1 chilli pepper (s), green or red
  • 100 ml lime juice
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ sugar
  • salt and pepper
  • Coriander greens, chopped
  • Mint, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cut the tomatoes, cucumber and radishes into small cubes of the same size as possible. Cut the spring onions into rings and the chilli into very fine strips (remove the seeds if necessary).
  2. Mix the lime juice, salt, pepper and sugar, mix with the vegetables and let it steep for about 1/2 hour. Then mix again well and fold in the coriander and mint leaves.
