Ingredients
- 100 g pasta, preferably penne, loops or other short pasta that absorbs sauce well
- 1 leek
- 1 red pepper (s)
- 1 bell pepper (s), yellow
- 50 g processed cheese, reduced fat
- 1 tablespoon sour cream
- 60 ml milk, low in fat
- 100 ml vegetable stock
- 2 tablespoon parmesan
- 0.5 ½ bunch parsley
- salt and pepper
- nutmeg
- Paprika powder

- Boil the pasta in salted water.
- Dice the vegetables and cook them in vegetable broth until cooked. Add the spices, pasta and processed cheese in pieces. In a baking dish, pour a sauce of sour cream and milk over them. Sprinkle with parmesan and bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 200 degrees.
