Liver Roll

This roll will become a table decoration. Simple and affordable foods can make a great snack. The recipe can be called the base, supplement it with mushrooms or garlic, eggs – and you will get a new recipe.

Ingredients

  • Liver – 1 Kilogram (pork, beef, chicken, turkey)
  • Onion – 2 Pieces
  • Carrots – 2 Pieces
  • Vegetable oil – 4 Tbsp. spoons
  • Processed cheese – 200 Grams
  • Butter – 150 Grams
  • Salt – To taste
  • Spices – To taste

  6. Cut the finished liver into pieces, put in a blender bowl, add fried vegetables. Grind.
  7. Add pieces of butter to the hot liver mince. Mix the mixture in the blender again.
  8. The liver pate for the roll is ready.
  9. Take a rectangle of foil. Lubricate it with vegetable oil, spread the liver pate in an even layer.
  10. Spread the grated processed cheese on top. Just step back from the near edge 1-2 cm, and from the far edge – 2-3 cm.
  11. Very slowly and carefully roll up the roll with foil, bending the edge towards you. Wrap the roll tightly, send it to the refrigerator for 2-3 hours to cool.
  12. After two to three hours, remove the foil, trim the edges nicely and arrange the roll to taste. I just poured mayonnaise, garnished with olive rings and sprinkled with herbs.
