Ingredients

  • 1 pork loin (500 - 600 g)
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 banana (s)
  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • 1 teaspoon curry
  • 1 tablespoon sauce (barbecue sauce)
  • 1 teaspoon sugar beet syrup
  • 2 cl brandy

Instructions

  1. Rub the pork loin with salt and pepper. Fry all over vigorously in hot butter. Pour 2 - 3 tablespoons of water and let simmer covered for 15 - 20 minutes. Take out of the pan, wrap in aluminum foil and let rest a little. For the sauce, puree the banana with a fork and lightly roast in the roasting tray. Stir in the crème fraiche, curry powder and barbecue sauce, bring to the boil and season with sugar beet syrup and brandy. Cut the meat into slices and serve in the sauce.
