- 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoon yogurt, 0.1%
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1 teaspoon honey
- salt and pepper

- Mix the balsamic vinegar with the yogurt, mustard and honey. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Tastes great with iceberg, field, leaf salads, tomato, cucumber, paprika salads and much more. Of course you can also add a little more yogurt to get a creamier sauce!
