Ingredients

  • 100 g oat cheese, hard cheese
  • 2 sticks tarragon, possibly a little more, depending on the size
  • 5 stalks parsley, smooth
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 squirt lemon juice
  • salt
  • Pepper, black, freshly ground

Instructions

  1. Dice the cheese, pluck the leaves from the tarragon, finely chop the parsley, puree the garlic clove, olive oil and lemon juice. Season with a little salt (be careful, not too much) and pepper, pour over the cheese and mix well.
  2. Let it stand for a couple of hours. Take out of the fridge before serving so that the cheese comes to room temperature.
  3. Sheep cheese, e.g. Manchego, can also be used.
