Ingredients
- 1 can tuna, without oil
- 0.5 can ½ corn
- 0.5 ½ bell pepper (s), red
- 0.5 can ½ kidney beans
- 0.5 ½ onion (s)
- 1 clove garlic
For the dressing:
- 2 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 pinch (s) sugar
- 2 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- Tabasco, or Chili
- salt and pepper
- chives

- Wash, core and dice the peppers. Peel the onion and chop finely. The easiest way is to use a red onion, it is not that hot either. Mix the tuna and water with the corn, bell pepper, kidney beans, onions and pressed garlic. Stir the dressing together and season to taste. Mix the dressing with the other ingredients.
