Ingredients

  • 140 g butter
  • 200 g suar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 100 g flour
  • 0.5 ½ pack baking powder
  • 100 g chocolate flakes
  • 250 g quark
  • 100 g suar
  • 3 sheets gelatin
  • 3 cups cream
  • 1 can tangerine (s)

Instructions

  1. Make a batter from egg yolk, sugar, vanilla sugar, butter, flour, baking powder and grated chocolate. Finally fold in the egg whites.
  2. Put in a springform pan and bake at 170 ° for about 50 minutes.
  3. Let cool, hollow out the bottom (leave about 1cm edge), crumble the hollowed out.
  4. For the cream, mix the quark with sugar, add the dissolved gelatine and finally fold in the whipped cream.
  5. Spread a thin layer of cream on the floor. Cover with mandarins and pour the rest of the cream onto it in a dome shape.
  6. Pile with breadcrumbs. Mix 1 teaspoon powdered sugar and 1 tablespoon cocoa and dust over it.
  7. Tastes much more refreshing than the baking mix!
  8. For the grave mound cake, add a cross made of chocolate glaze to mini rusks as gravestones. Spread wine gum worms and other horror figures with the gravestones on the cake.
