Ingredients
- 250 g wild herbs
- 500 g cherry tomato (s)
- 2 packs feta cheese
- 2 cans tuna in its own juice
- 80 g parmesan, rated
- 1 medium onion (s)
- some salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds, to taste

- Wash and dry the wild herbs and place in a large salad bowl. Wash the tomatoes, quarter them and add them as well. Cut the feta cheese into cubes. Dice the onion and add it to the bowl. Add the tuna with juice and the parmesan.
- Now add the oil, salt and pepper to the salad. If you like, you can also add 1 tablespoon chia seeds.
- Mix everything well.
- A yogurt and herb dressing also goes well with it.
