Ingredients
- 1 can tuna in its own juice (40 g drained weight)
- 0.5 ½ cucumber (s)
- 2 tomato (s)
- 2 slices pineapple, fresh or unsweetened from the can
- 1 tablespoon oil (rapeseed oil)
- 0.5 tablespoon ½ balsamic vinegar, light
- 1 red pepper (s)
- salt and pepper
- Chilli flakes
- Herbs, e.g. Dill, chives, parsley ..
- 1 spring onion (s)

- Drain the tuna well.
- Chop the cucumber, tomatoes, bell pepper and pineapple and mix in a bowl. Add the torn tuna.
- Beat the vinegar and oil together and season with salt, pepper, chilli flakes and herbs. Gently mix with the salad ingredients in the bowl. Garnish with finely chopped spring onions.
- The portion is enough for a hungry person who is very hungry or for 2-3 people as a side dish.
