Ingredients
- 225 g butter
- 100 g suar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 3 egg (s), including the yolk
- 2 pinches cinnamon
- 200 g flour
- 20 g cocoa powder
- 125 g hazelnuts, round
- 1 teaspoon rum
- some aroma (orange aroma)
- Nougat - mass

- Mix butter, sugar, vanilla sugar, egg yolk, cinnamon, cocoa, rum, orange flavor with the mixer until smooth. Mix the flour, hazelnuts and mix everything together. Fill into piping bags and inject about 4 cm long sticks.
- Bake at 200 degrees for 10 minutes on the middle rack.
- Brush with nougat mixture, glue together and dip half a side in chocolate.
