  • 6 tablespoon hazelnuts, ground
  • 4 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 2 egg (s)

Instructions

  1. Mix the nuts, sugar, baking powder, oil and eggs with a tablespoon to form a batter. Pour the batter into the omelette maker and place in the microwave.
  2. Cook at 600 watts for 5 minutes, then let stand for 2 minutes. The small cake can easily be turned onto a plate. It tastes good with cream or with fruit or just like that.
  3. If you don`t have an omelette master, you can divide the dough into two large coffee cups and cook it in the microwave in the same way. However, the cups must be greased beforehand.
