Ingredients

400 g suar
400 ml water, hot
250 ml lemon juice, freshly squeezed
Ice, crushed

To garnish:

slice Lemon
leaves Peppermint

Instructions

Put the sugar and water in a carafe and stir until the sugar has dissolved.
Add lemon juice and keep stirring. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Fill tall glasses with ice and pour the lemonade into them. Garnish with lemon wedges and mint and serve!
