Ingredients
- 60 g oatmeal
- 40 g soy flakes
- 1 tablespoon flaxseed
- 3 tablespoon nuts, mixed, chopped
- 2 tablespoon raisins
- 200 ml milk, 0.5% fat
- 200 ml skimmed yogurt
- 1 medium orange (s)
- 1 large pomegranate
- cinnamon
- sugar, stevia or honey

- Mix all ingredients from oatmeal to yoghurt in a bowl and cover overnight in the refrigerator. The next morning, peel the orange and cut into small pieces. Halve the pomegranate, remove the seeds and juice and add everything to the oatmeal mixture. Stir well and season with cinnamon to taste. If the porridge is too firm, dilute with milk, if it is too runny, flakes give in. Sweeten with sugar, stevia or honey as desired.
