  • 340 g flour
  • 250 ml water, lukewarm
  • 20 ml oil
  • 5 g dry yeast
  • 0.67 tablespoon sugar
  • 0.33 tablespoon salt

Instructions

  1. Mix the flour, sugar, salt and dry yeast together. Add the water and oil. Knead and, if necessary, add more flour until the dough is only slightly sticky.
  2. Take the dough out of the bowl, add a few drops of oil to the bowl and roll the dough in it until it is completely covered. Let rise under a damp cloth for approx. 45 minutes.
  3. Divide the dough into 4 pieces and form long loaves. Let rise under the cloth for another 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C fan oven.
  5. Bake the bread for 12 - 15 minutes, depending on the desired brownness, on a baking sheet lined with baking paper on the middle shelf.
  6. Then brush the still warm bread with milk. This keeps the crust nice and soft and is great for grilling.
