Ingredients

  • 1 bread roll (panini roll)
  • some mayonnaise
  • 2 lettuce leaves
  • 2 slices cooked ham, thinly sliced
  • 2 slices Emmentaler, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon fried onions
  • some BBQ sauce
  • 4 quail egg (s) or one chicken egg
  • little butter
  • possibly salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut the bun in the middle and place the outsides on a toaster and briefly toast (bun rack). Wash the lettuce leaves and dry them well.
  2. Prepare a small pan with a little butter. Spread some mayonnaise on the underside of the roll, place a leaf of lettuce on top. Now put the ham on top, as well as the cheese, it tastes best when everything is thinly sliced. Put the fried onions on top of the cheese. Spread some BBQ sauce on the top of the roll. Now fry the quail eggs or a chicken egg with the fried eggs, seasoning with salt and pepper if necessary. But it`s actually not necessary. Place the eggs on the fried onions, cover with a lettuce leaf and place the top on top.
  3. The bread roll can also be made vegetarian, either with vegetarian sausage or without, but more cheese. Everything tastes delicious.
