Ingredients

  • 400 g chicken breast fillet (s)
  • 0.75 ¾ Can tomato (s), dried in oil
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 300 g cream
  • 2 sachets mozzarella
  • 250 g pasta
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

  1. Chop the chicken and peel the garlic cloves. Cut the mozzarella into small cubes.
  2. Fry the sun-dried tomatoes with the canned oil and the whole, peeled garlic cloves in the pan.
  3. Meanwhile, cook the pasta in salted water.
  4. Remove the sun-dried tomatoes and cloves of garlic from the pan and fry the chicken in this pan. When the chicken is cooked through, put the sun-dried tomatoes back in the pan (without the garlic) and then deglaze with the cream. Bring to the boil briefly, then stir in the mozzarella. Stir until the mozzarella has spread. Season with the spices and enjoy with the pasta.
