Ingredients

  • 500 g pasta of your choice
  • Salt water
  • 500 ml of cream
  • 1 bunch of parsley, chopped
  • 5 tablespoon parmesan, grated
  • 5 tablespoon tomato paste
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch of nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente. Bring the cream to the boil, reduce the heat, simmer for 10 minutes.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients, simmer for 2 minutes. Mix with the pasta, serve. If you like, you can also serve parmesan.

The 5 P's (Cinque Pi) refer to the 5 most important ingredients of the sauce: Panna, Prezzemolo, Parmigiano, Purea di Pomodoro, Pepe.
