Pastry Pie in the Oven

Sometimes good filling baked goods can replace a full lunch or dinner. The main thing is to choose the filling no worse than a hot side dish. And potatoes always save me. And so this recipe turned out.

Cook: 1 hour 30 mins

Servings: 6

Ingredients

  • Yeast dough – 800 Grams
  • Onions – 3-4 Pieces
  • Potatoes – 5-7 Pieces
  • Porcini mushrooms – 200 Grams
  • Butter – 10 Grams
  • Vegetable oil – 1
  • Salt – To taste
  • Ground black pepper – To taste
  • Egg – 1 Piece

Directions

  1. Rinse the potatoes, peel and cut into thin circles.
  2. Cut the peeled onions into rings. Boil the mushrooms in boiling water for 10 minutes. Then cut them into slices.
  3. Grease a baking sheet with butter. Roll out 2/3 of the dough on it.
  4. Top with potatoes, mushrooms and onions. Season everything with salt and pepper. Pour in vegetable oil.
  5. Cover the cake with the remaining dough by rolling it out. Pinch the edges. Make a hole in the middle. Brush the dough with a beaten egg.
  6. Bake the pie in the oven at 200 degrees for 1 hour.
