- 1 peach (s)
- 1 kiwi (s)
- 1 pinch vanilla sugar
- 125 ml curd milk
- 1 teaspoon hazelnuts, chopped

- Peel the peach and kiwi. Remove the peach stone and cut the fruit into eighths, place in a tall container. Add a pinch of vanilla sugar and 1 tablespoon of sour milk and puree everything with the blender. Pour the remaining sour milk on top of the fruit pulp and whisk well.
- Put the milkshake in a long drink glass and serve with chopped hazelnuts.
- Tip: If the drink is too thick, stir in a little more skimmed milk.
