- 4 pear (s), peeled, quartered
- 0.5 stick ½ cinnamon
- 10 clove (s)
- 4 cardamom capsules, opened
- 4 piece (s) ginger, candied, approx. 20 g, crushed
- 2 tablespoon honey
- 300 ml red wine

- Heat wine and spices carefully, do not boil! Meanwhile prepare the pears.
- Let the pears steep in the stock for approx. 20 minutes. Stay nice and tight. As a dessert with pudding, quark cream or mousse light and dark. As a side dish to game.
