Ingredients
- 150 g mozzarella, small
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 onion (s), red
- 8 small chilli pepper (s), red
- 2 tablespoon capers, small
- 4 sprigs rosemary
- 4 sprigs marjoram
- 200 ml olive oil
- salt and pepper

- Halve the cheese, slice the garlic and onions. Core the chilli and cut into rings. Layer everything in one glass.
- Chop the herbs, mix with olive oil, salt and pepper and pour over the mozzarella. Let marinate for 2 days in a cool place.
