Pilaf with Pork (Try It for Your Health)

I am sharing a recipe for pilaf, which I often cook at home. Without unnecessary show-offs and troubles, it’s very simple! Try it for your health, cook with pleasure! Pilaf is tasty and simple!

Ingredients

  • Meat (pork or other) – 1 kg
  • Rice – 1 kg
  • Carrots – 4 pcs.
  • Bulb onions – 4 pcs.
  • Vegetable oil – 100-150 ml
  • Garlic – 2 pcs.
  • Hot pepper – 2 pcs.
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste

Directions

  1. All products are prepared. I have rice specially for pilaf (now sold in all stores).
  2. Cut the onion into small cubes.
    We put the cauldron on medium heat. Pour oil into the cauldron. And almost immediately we send the whole bow to the cauldron. Fry the onion until transparent and light golden brown.
  3. Add meat cut into medium pieces (today I have not very fatty pork, but you can use absolutely any meat). We mix.
  4. We bring the meat to readiness.
    (I do not fry meat, but rather stew in my own juice.)
  5. When all the excess liquid has evaporated, put the carrots cut into thin cubes in a cauldron. We mix.
    Fry everything together for 7-10 minutes.
    Then add salt and black pepper (use your favorite spices).
  6. Then add well washed rice to the meat. Pour water 0.5 cm above the rice level (or read the instructions on the rice pack).
    Then I stir the pilaf.
  7. From above, insert the heads of garlic and hot pepper pods into the rice. Bring the pilaf to a boil. We reduce the heating to a minimum. Cooking under the lid for 20 minutes.
  8. This is how easy and tasty I get pilaf.
