Pineapple Muffins

Quick and easy to prepare sweet muffins with pineapple and nuts, even a novice housewife can handle it.
Ingredients
- Flour – 2 tablespoon.
- Sugar – 150 g
- Egg – 1 pc.
- Vegetable oil – 60 ml
- Sour cream – 250 ml
- Walnuts – 100 g
- Canned pineapple – 400 g
- Baking powder – 1 teaspoon
- Salt – on the tip of a knife
- Powdered sugar – 3 tablespoons
Directions
- In a bowl, combine egg, butter, sour cream and sugar.
- Stir the muffin dough until smooth.
- Sift flour, add to the dough with baking powder and salt, knead the dough.
- Chop walnuts, cut pineapples into cubes. Add to the dough. Mix.
- Divide the dough into silicone muffin tins.
- Send to an oven preheated to 200 degrees for about 20 minutes.
- When serving, sprinkle the nut and pineapple muffins with powdered sugar.
