Pork Salad

Pork salad is suitable both for a festive table and for every day. The ingredients are very harmoniously combined with each other, creating an absolutely amazing flavor composition. Recommend!

Servings: 5-6

Ingredients

  • Pork – 200 grams (boiled)
  • Rice – 2 Art. spoons (boiled)
  • Pickled cucumber – 1 Piece
  • Canned green peas – 0.5 Pieces (can)
  • Carrots – 1 Piece (boiled)
  • Onion – 1 Piece
  • Apple – 1 Piece
  • Processed cheese – 1 Piece
  • Homemade mayonnaise – 3 tbsp

Directions

  1. In a deep salad bowl, add the boiled pork cut into fibers. We also add peas (drain the water) and boiled carrots, cut into cubes.
  2. Rinse the apple and cut into cubes, removing the core. Add the pulp to the salad bowl.
  3. Grate the processed cheese on a coarse grater. Add to salad bowl.
  4. Chop the onion, grate the pickled cucumber. Add the ingredients to the salad. Pour boiled rice on top.
  5. Season the salad with mayonnaise. Mix thoroughly.
