Pork with Pineapple and Cabbage Salad

An excellent combination of pork meat with pineapple and cabbage salad.

Servings: 4
Ingredients
- Pork steaks 1 cm thick – 8 pcs.
- Ground chili pepper – 1.5 teaspoon.
- Fresh pineapple (peeled and sliced) – 0.5 pcs.
- Apple cider vinegar – 3 tbsp
- Orange juice – 2 tbsp
- Olive oil – 2 tbsp
- Sugar – 1 tbsp
- White cabbage (shredded) – 5 cups
- Red onion (cut into strips) – 0.5 pcs.
- Bulgarian red pepper (cut into strips) – 1 pc.
Directions
- Turn on the grill to preheat to medium heat. Grease the wire rack with vegetable oil.
- Sprinkle pork steaks on all sides with 1 teaspoon of chili powder and 0.5 teaspoons of salt. Put the steaks on the grill grate, fry until tender and charred on both sides (the temperature on the meat thermo should rise to 80 degrees). Fry the pineapple slices until lightly charred on all sides.
- Meanwhile, prepare the salad. In a large bowl, combine the vinegar, juice, sugar, and 0.5 teaspoon chili. Put cabbage, onions, and bell peppers in this dressing.
- Serve pork steaks with pineapple slices and cabbage salad.
