Pineapple and Chinese Cabbage Salad

Pineapple and Chinese cabbage salad is juicy, tender, hearty and delicious. The dish is also worthy of a festive table. Pineapple can be taken fresh or canned.

Ingredients
- Pineapple – 100 Grams
- Peking cabbage – 150 Grams
- Chicken breast – 150 grams (boiled)
- Corn – 100 grams (canned)
- Garlic – 1 Clove
- Mayonnaise – 2 Tbsp. spoons
- Salt – To taste
Directions
- Take the ingredients for the salad.
- Cut the Chinese cabbage into strips and place in a salad bowl.
- Add canned corn.
- Cut the chicken breast into cubes and place in the salad.
- Cut the pineapple into cubes and place in a salad bowl.
- Add chopped garlic and mayonnaise.
- Salt and mix all the ingredients.
- Pineapple and Chinese cabbage salad is ready. Serve as a snack.
