Ingredients
- 6 slices roast pork (roast salmon), also turkey or chicken
- 1 cup sweet cream
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup crème fraîche
- 1 tablespoon paprika powder, noble sweet
- 1 tablespoon paprika powder, smoked
- 2 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 6 slices ham, e.g. Serrano, or other to taste
- 12 slices tomato (s)
- 6 stems rosemary
- 1 bunch basil
- 1 scoop mozzarella

- Wash the roast salmon and pat dry and - if in one piece - cut into 6 equally thick slices.
- Rinse an ovenproof dish with water and place the slices side by side. Cover each piece of meat with a slice of ham, spread a few basil leaves and a rosemary stalk on each. Two slices of tomato on top each.
- Mix the sweet and sour cream and crème fraîche in a bowl. Mix in tomato paste, salt and spices well. Pour the sauce over the meat.
- Cut the mozzarella ball into 6 slices.
- Place the mold in the oven preheated to 225 ° C on medium height. After 7 minutes, lower the temperature to 180 ° C. After another 20 minutes, place a slice of mozzarella on each piece of meat and bake for another 10 minutes until the cheese is browned.
- Rosemary potatoes and spinach go well with the dish. Or just baguette to add the sauce.
