- 400 ml port wine, white, dry
- 400 tonic water
- 8 mint leaves
- 4 slices lemon (s)
- some ice cubes

- For 4 glasses, preferably large red wine goblets.
- Place 2 leaves of fresh mint and half a slice of lemon in each glass, add 100 ml of white, dry port wine and a few ice cubes and fill up with 100 ml of tonic water.
