Ingredients
- 1 ½ kg potato (s)
- 100 g bacon (back bacon)
- butter
- 1 head lettuce (lettuce or endive lettuce)
- salt
- vinegar
- milk

- Peel and cook the potatoes. Prepare a mashed potato with the addition of butter and milk. Leave out the bacon, pour the fat over it and mix in.
- Pluck the washed lettuce into small pieces, season with salt and vinegar and fold into the puree.
- Can be eaten cold and warm.
