Potato Pancakes with Fried Quail Eggs

Pancakes with fried quail eggs are an unusual preparation of a common dish.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes – 400 g
  • Flour – 2 tbsp
  • Dill greens – 0.5 bunch
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste
  • Quail eggs – 4-6 pcs.

Directions

  1. Peel the potatoes, wash, and grate. Squeeze out the mass.
  2. Finely chop the dill.
  3. Add flour, dill, salt and pepper to the potato mass. Mix.
  4. Form “bagels”.
  5. Heat oil in a frying pan. Put the workpieces in the pan. Drive a quail egg into each potato pancake. Fry the potato pancakes over medium heat for 3 minutes. Then turn over (carefully so as not to spread the yolk) and fry the pancakes with an egg for another 2 minutes.
  6. Pancakes with fried quail egg are ready Enjoy your meal!
