Ingredients
- 1 kg potato (s)
- 30 g butter
- 1 onion (s)
- 3 tablespoon flour
- 0.5 liter ½ milk
- 150 g cheese, e.., Cheddar or Gruyère
- 4 tablespoon sour cream
- 2 tomato (s)
- salt and pepper
- nutmeg
- Paprika powder

- Boil the potatoes (either as jacket potatoes -> then peel and cut into bite-sized pieces or as boiled potatoes).
- Peel and dice the onion and sauté light yellow in the margarine for about 5 minutes. Add the flour all at once and sweat for 1 min. Pour in milk while stirring and let boil for 5 minutes. Add the cheese and let it melt. Peel and dice the tomatoes and add the sour cream to the sauce. Season to taste with salt, pepper, nutmeg and paprika.
- Heat for another 2 minutes, then pour over the potatoes.
- This potato dish is suitable as a side dish for meat eaters or as a main meal together with lettuce.
