Ingredients

  • 800 g pumpkin meat, diced
  • 4 garlic clove (s)
  • 1 bunch parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon thyme leaves
  • 50 grams flour
  • 50 g Gruyère
  • salt and pepper
  • Nutmeg, ground
  • 4 tablespoon breadcrumbs
  • Olive oil for the mold

Instructions

  1. Put the garlic, parsley, thyme, flour and cheese in a bowl, add the pumpkin cubes and turn and turn in this mixture. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
  2. Brush a gratin dish with olive oil. Spread the pumpkin in it and sprinkle with the breadcrumbs. Drizzle with plenty of olive oil. Bake the gratin in the oven preheated to 180 degrees on the lowest rack for about 40 minutes.
